Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen:

I just want to take a few minutes of your time and welcome you to our website. Above this short note is a video presentation that will explain to you what we are all about. Venali is an industry-leading, established fax-to-email provider that specializes in providing operationally excellent service to our SOHO, Small Business, Channel, and Enterprise customers. We handle customers as large as the Fortune 100 and as small as the single user with the same goal in mind - to provide the most operationally excellent service in the industry.

That's the second time in one paragraph that I used that specific phrase and value proposition, and if you were here with me at Venali's global headquarters you would hear it a heck of a lot more often than that. You see, there are two decision points every customer has to go through to decide to use Venali's award winning service: the first is the always challenging question “Is this something we want to outsource?” We believe that is an easy decision, as nobody wants to handle their own faxing, and just about everyone would rather handle fax traffic electronically and with the same ease of use as their regular email traffic. We can provide that, and on average we can do that 40% cheaper than companies trying to do it on their own - so we've got that covered. The second question once the customer has reached that conclusion is “Why Venali?” That's where our value proposition comes in. You see, faxing is a commodity, and there isn't a lot of margin in commodities, and this is not a commodity in which feature functionality is all that different between vendors. So eventually, the competition among vendors comes down to service, and that's where our value proposition of operational excellence comes in - simply put, the highest uptime in the industry is the barometer of the service you can expect from your service provider, and we at Venali believe we have the highest in the industry.

Obviously we aren't the only ones that think that way. Our customers receive monthly uptime reports that tell them exactly how we did and exactly how we have been doing for the last six months. They know they are getting the best service in the industry - and we know it too, because our hallways are lined with letters from them telling us what a great job we are doing for them. The question I get asked most frequently by my customer base is “what else do you sell?” - which tells you exactly where we stand.
