The SPV add-on for the SAP system is completely independently developed. The data communication with Venali is controlled by the customizing table in the SAP system. All the necessary data for the fax dispatch and the receipt of confirmations is already maintained in the SAP system by present use of the supplier’s master data. The installation is divided into two ranges. Data can be installed on the Microsoft Windows 2000 (or higher) system or use the transport management system to import the SPV add-on in SAP. This technology enhances the SAP system by integrating fax capabilities without alteration or interruption of the current SAP installation.

The Venali Connector for SAP Solutions enables the SAP System with the power and scalability of Internet fax in multiple area of business. Production Faxing from SAP Modules submits outgoing faxes from the SAP system using the SAPconnect RFC messaging interface over a secure VPN connection to Venali’s global IP network. Desktop Faxing from SAPoffice uses the same technology as Production Faxing but Venali then converts the document into faxable format and delivers it to its destination through a redundant fax network. Account Management Tools controls communications cost by monitoring fax activity and account information.
