Sarwar Uddin has been part of the Venali management team since May of 2008. Prior to joining the company, Sarwar served as Corporate Controller of Devcon International Corp. where he was strategic partner to the senior leadership team and played a key role in building a finance organization responsible for the coordination and the administration of the financial operations. Prior to Devcon, Sarwar occupied various senior finance positions including controller of South Florida Territory with Hertz Corporation, Vice-President of Finance and Administration for Le Cordon Bleu and various positions from 1994 to 2004 with Sun-Sentinel Company. Sarwar holds an MBA from Florida International University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Sarwar and his wife Asma have four children and live in Coral Springs, Florida.
